The gorgeous art gracing the cover of the September 2015 issue of Alberta Native News is by Linus Woods, entitled “Sunset Travellers.”
It is part of a very special Bearclaw Gallery 40th Anniversary exhibition that will be on display from September 26 – October 8, 2015. The gallery is located at 10403-124 Street in Edmonton and the exhibit will include an exceptional collection of First Nations art featuring the works of such celebrated artists as Alex Janvier, Jane Ash-Poitras, Aaron Paquette, Jim Logan, Jason Carter, Maxine Noel, Daphne Odjig and Norval Morriseau.
An impressive collection of mixed media art by our cover artist Linus Woods will also be on display.
